Yes. You can pay your full balance anytime in the Afterpay app with no penalty — useful if you receive extra funds.
What if the tyres are damaged or faulty?
Contact us via Help & FAQs. Your Afterpay plan is usually adjusted based on the outcome (refund, replacement or partial credit) in line with our returns policy.
Can I change my fitting appointment?
Yes. Use the contact details for your fitting partner from your order confirmation. Rescheduling doesn’t change your Afterpay payment dates.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Contact us before dispatch where possible. If we cancel before shipping, Afterpay typically refunds your first payment and cancels remaining instalments, subject to any applicable fees. If tyres have shipped, return costs may apply.
What’s the maximum I can spend with Afterpay at Tyrelane?
Afterpay sets per-order limits (often up to $3000 for eligible purchases). Your limit appears at checkout.
Can I use Afterpay with other Tyrelane promotions?
Yes. Afterpay can work alongside eligible free shipping, brand offers and our price-match promise — the discounted total is split across your four payments.
What if I have an issue with my payment schedule?
Log into the Afterpay app to view dates and amounts. For payment disputes, contact Afterpay support directly.
Can I add Tyre Protect or other extras with Afterpay?
Yes. If add-ons are available at checkout, their cost can be included in your Afterpay total and split across instalments.
