Estimates
Many metro orders arrive within 1–3 business days; next-day delivery is common when stock is local. Regional deliveries can take longer depending on distance and carrier schedules.
If an estimate looks long, stock may be coming from another warehouse. Try similar tyres that show a shorter timeframe, or contact us — we can often suggest alternatives.
After you order
You will receive an order confirmation with an expected delivery window. When your tyres ship, tracking is updated so you can follow progress. For fitting orders, the workshop may contact you separately to book a time once tyres are ready.
If something is delayed or looks wrong, reach out with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier or fitting partner.
