Nitrogen in Tyres
Nitrogen fill reduces moisture inside the tyre and leaks slightly slower through rubber than moist air — benefits are modest for most road drivers who check pressures monthly.
Pros
Stable pressure in fleet or aircraft-style use; less oxidation of internals over years.
Cons
You still need a gauge — topping up with air dilutes purity anyway.
Verdict
Nice-to-have, not mandatory. Dry compressed air with disciplined checks is fine.
